Initial Consultation
During your initial consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know each other, discuss your medical history, eating habits, and any other factors relevant to your health, nutrition, or specific goals. If helpful, I may also provide additional resources, such as guides or recipes, to support your journey.
Review/Follow-up sessions
In follow-up consultations, we’ll check in on your progress, discuss any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. The number of follow-ups depends on your individual health concerns and the level of accountability you’d like. We’ll work together to find the right balance during your initial session
Final Review Session
This session is designed to ensure the strategies and habits you've developed are sustainable in the long run. We’ll reflect on your progress, fine-tune any last details, and equip you with the confidence to maintain your health goals independently. The aim is to help you feel empowered in your journey beyond our sessions
